The subject line was correct! ECE suffers a HIGH rate of staff turnover. 33% (as high as 60%!) is no number to scoff at. Did you know that on average, it costs $4,700 to fill a new position? A center with 60-100 kids has on average 15-25 employees. The math is simple. With a 33% turnover rate, that range can add up to $15k-$39k per YEAR! Danielle is sharing some tried and true methods and advice on how to help get that number WAAAAY lower. Check out our blog post below to get the details!
